Stretching is important to not only ease aches and pains, but also to extend range of movement... we can't all be Yoga Gurus, but we can feel more comfortable in our physical interactions if we make Stretching a regular part of our self-care routine!

My Stretch Sessions are done on thick floor mats that cushion knees, hips and back. I guide you into positions and help to hold you in them, even give you a little push or resistance to slowly extend deeper and deeper. Some positions are similar to Yoga such as Happy Baby and Down Puppy, while others are more similar to hands-on physio and chiro styles stretches.

I will put you at ease with jovial cheeky banter, provide a safe space and establish personal boundaries, and massage your cares away with qualified skills and attention to your specific needs. A shower after your session is always on offer.

Massage Services are available in 30 Mins / 60 Mins / 90 Mins time slots.

Availability is 24/7 – Sessions between Midnight and 10am need to be booked in advance.

Session Rates are dependent on which Service you are booking, with four main rates from $110/hr to $200/hr - higher skilled sessions are higher rates.

In-House Sessions take place at the Home Clinic in Yarraville, with Out-calls only available locally and not to the CBD or high-rise apartments as I travel with a massage table. Out-call rates reflect travel time and travel expense on top of the massage rate.

Street Parking is available directly out front my Home Clinic, which is only 10 mins walk from both the Seddon and Yarraville Train Stations.
