Cancellation
I take my job/the given tasks from you very seriously and I expect fairness from you by taking it serious when you make a reservation. If you have to cancel I accept up to full amount of the value of your treatment via electric transaction. If you have never been to me and you cancel without paying cancellation fee then I won’t be able to assist you in the future. Let’s keep us all respected and avoid cancellation, if you are not sure whether you can make it then best not to make a reservation unless you are ok with cancellation fee.

Everything was perfection from the first booking confirmation to the end of the session. I booked a 90min session & even though Anthony was overseas, he made the effort to confirm the booking & arrange everything. The day before my appointment, I received a very polite reminder & further confirmation.
