Hi, I’m Cosmo. I'm currently studying a diploma in remedial massage and have a background in communications, teaching, and the arts. I provide a confident, flowing massage to reduce pain and tension, and counteract stress. I utilise a combination of relaxation and remedial/sports massage techniques, including classic Swedish massage. All sessions combine aromatherapy with a mix of soothing ambient music to better promote deep relaxation and increase your awareness of the mind-body connection.
I trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance for 12 years, have spent years in the gym and yoga studio, and regularly take on challenging bush trails. I love the human body and mind, and take a holistic and pragmatic approach toward enhancing your well-being.
