Hi, I’m Angel. I offer bodywork that blends massage, relaxation, energetic and somatic practices in a respectful and supportive space. My focus is on helping you relax deeply, feel grounded, connected and cared for.
My training in massage, somatic awareness, Reiki and bodywork modalities means each session can be tailored — from soothing massage to mindful sensing practices.
- Sessions may involve;
- Deep tissue and relaxing massage (as with Thai style, I use all my limbs)
- Assisted Stretching
- Light, Relaxing Touch
- Reiki (energy healing)
- Practice in Silence or in Dialogue as desired
My home studio is designed to be warm and inviting. It is equipped with a Thai massage table (low and broad), various massage oils and ointments as well as tools/objects used for massage.
I am based in Lismore and travel to Sydney every 2 months.
