A full-body massage that goes deep where you need it and eases off where you don't. I work the front and back properly: shoulders, back, legs, chest, arms, then finish with face and scalp to help you fully drop out of your head.
Sessions are hands-on, intuitive, and unhurried. I read tension well and adjust as I go. Warm towels, good oils, low lighting. Everything set up so you can actually let go.
