Hi, I'm Dylan!
I'm a qualified massage therapist and the founder of Flexion & Flow – a massage clinic built on care, connection, and a strong belief in intentional wellness. I help people reduce pain, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies through tailored massage treatments.
Whether you’re dealing with tension from work, training, stress, or just everyday life, my goal is to help you feel better, move better, and live better.
My Approach
At Flexion & Flow, I create a welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where every body is treated with care and respect. As someone with lived experience of ADHD and neurodiversity, I bring a deeper understanding of how physical health, mental wellbeing, and the nervous system are all connected.
Expect a safe, relaxed environment where you can let go and truly tune in. I’m easygoing, empathetic, and there's never any pressure to show up as anything other than yourself.

Add $40 travel fee within 30 mins of Footscray.

This was my first time having a massage for non-injury related reasons and I was worried about what to expect from the experience. I needn't have. Jordan was very patient with me, walking through what to expect and what my options were.
He was thorough and considerate, checking in to see how I was responding to his touch and guiding me on how to get the most out of it.
His space is warm and comfortable and he set a calming ambience. I would definitely go again, my new fear is that future masseurs may not live up to the experience I had with Jordan.

My experience with Jordan was absolutely wonderful. He is a kind, Gentle and Down to Earth Guy who, greeted me with a smile and led me inside. His space is warm, cozy and relaxing.
