I am a qualified remedial massage therapist with over 5 years experience. As someone who is passionate about living a clean lifestyle, eating whole foods, daily exercise, gym and running and weekly yoga, I’m looking to work with guys who are also working hard to stay fit and healthy.
With strong hands and firm pressure my signature massage is a combination of deep tissue and trigger point work including myofacial release as I work with you to loosen any tight areas while also including long soothing strokes and facilitated stretching so as to bring you to a state of total relaxation
The space is heated, the lights dimmed and room is filled with scented oils and soothing meditative music. This is a sacred experience where you can truly let go and just be present, in the moment and at peace.
I work out of my home and I am available week nights - Monday to Friday and weekends. There is adequate parking.
