I’m Seb, a 35 year old guy that enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle with a genuine passion for helping others to heal, feel and move their best.
My priority with every client is to leave you feeling better than i find you. To get you real and lasting results to the best of my abilities.
To achieve this i begin with a body assessment where i identify your unique areas that require primary attention.
I use a combination of massage, stretching and mobility exercises that focus on these targeted areas while giving reprieve to the overall body.
I will often give my clients exercises they can do at home to help them maintain results and keep them moving in harmony.
I have completed several courses in the Massage & Personal Training field that have given me an extensive understanding of the male biomechanics with over 5 years experience in massage therapy.
