About the work
Hi, I’m Cosmo. I’m a TAFE-trained massage therapist with a background in dance, yoga, athletics, and strength training. I know how bodies move and what genuine release feels like. My sessions blend relaxation and remedial techniques with light stretching to address tension and soreness where needed, without losing the warmth and breadth of a more intuitive, full-body experience. Overall my approach is deliberate, kind and relaxed.
The experience
Sessions run from 45-75 mins. The pace is unhurried. The space is private, quiet, and clean: heated table, hot shower, subtle scent, ambient music. I'm always up for a chat if you want company, but equally comfortable in silence. The goal is the same either way: you walk out feeling lighter and taken care of.

Excellent massage, studio and location. The heated massage table is lovely, the music is perfect and Cosmo uses just the right about of oil. You may have to wait to get a booking, but it’s worth it!
