After years of working with people from all walks of life, one thing I’ve learned is that everyone carries stress differently.
Some carry it in their shoulders. Some in their backs. Some in their minds.
I’m a qualified remedial massage therapist based in Fitzroy, working from a dedicated studio just moments from Smith Street.
No two clients come in with exactly the same needs. Every treatment is guided by how your body responds, how you’re feeling throughout the session and what brings you in that day. That may involve focused remedial work, a slower relaxation massage or a combination of both.
Sessions take place on a professional electric massage table in a warm, clean and private room where you can feel comfortable, respected and completely at ease.
It’s a space to switch off from the outside world for a while, settle in and simply be yourself.
