As a semi deskbound worker and someone that trains physically hard - there is only so much stretching, rolling, compression and contrast therapy you can do to aid with recovery! I booked in for the first time with Rob and I have never experienced a massage that caters to releasing tight muscles and knots BUT also has a fine balance with relaxing techniques that leave you feeling relaxed and less tight then how you walked in. I would 100% recommend Rob to anyone seeking a high quality masssage!

I'm not sure that I can offer a whole lot more than reiterate what has been said in previous reviews: Rob is really good at his craft, clearly loves body work and is very thorough with his massage. Many masseurs will avoid the quads, hamstrings and adductors as they can be tough to massage - not Rob - he knew how to work those areas very well. Rob reads his client and understands when conversation is appropriate and when to let his client zone out. A super nice guy who is great at his craft - I'll be back. Thanks Rob

Hands down the best massage I have ever had. Rob is super friendly, professional and skilled at what he does. He adjusted the pressure as needed and attended to very sore areas which made me feel very relaxed afterwards. Highly recommended.

Professional, easy to speak with, clean and tidy modern apartment in Bowen Hills. Only use certified massage therapists, its worth it. Clean shower afterwards. Pressure was excellent, this Canadian blew my... 90min.

Had a wonderful massage with Rob. Making an appointment was easy and he was accommodating with a late change in plans. The massage was relaxing and therapeutic. He was a great conversationalist but was never distracted. Ambience was great. Will be back to see him when he’s next in town.

There’s plenty of blokes out there offering a massage that turns out to be half hearted and borderline incompetent . Rob stands out with his quality skills and charisma, the fact that he’s a total spunk is a bonus .

Rob's massage is Top Notch. A lot of other reviewers have commented on how professional he is and he certainly managed to get my tight muscles released. I have to add that he is still very friendly and relatable. Yes his photos are recent, though he looks better in person. I saw him whilst he was touring and I was glad to see in the photo taken here that he brought his massage table (I recognised the background as local to me, and I'm not a fan of bed massages). From first communication with prompt reply to the treatment Rob was warm and welcoming. Thoroughly recommended.

Superb! I went for the 1hr combo. I was planning on offering a list of problem areas for Rob to work on but he found and cured them all - and some I didn't know I had. 3 days later and everything is still loose, flexible and pain free. He definitely knows his anatomy... highly recommended.

I discovered Rob on a recent trip to Sydney and what a find it was! He was so damn good I just had to book in again for the next night. I walked out of his apartment on both nights feeling both physically and emotionally recharged.

My past experiences with remedial massages have always been extremely underwhelming. They felt generic and very impersonal. The massages with Rob were completely different. He had a very targeted approach and found all my many problem spots through just touch alone. He certainly didn’t hold back on applying the pressure where required, but was always sure that it was just the right amount for my comfort levels as well.

What I appreciated the most about my massage with Rob is that he always talked me through exactly what muscle he was working on at the time. This helped me better understand what techniques I need to focus more on when at the gym and how I can also improve my stretching exercises.

I have been in a search for a quality massage therapist for a long time and now I am very happy and grateful that I have discovered Rob.
3 months ago I saw his add and wanted to give it a go. Wasn’t sure what to expect and I must say what a discovery. Nice warm welcoming to a nice clean hygiene environment. Haven’t missed a week since I discovered Rob. Unlike most therapists Rob allocates 100% of his scheduled time to focus on you , understand your needs and to provide the best service. I have never been disappointed and have been surprised by the new techniques that he applies in each session according to your needs.
I have been suffering from dysesthesia (Restless Leg Syndrome) for over a year now. Long sleepless nights are all over for me since I have started to be treated by Rob. There are plenty of massage therapist and most of them knows the techniques of Massaging but not all are healers. This is what makes Rob different and unique from other therapist. Besides his unique massaging techniques Rob also has a healer qualities ( I don’t think he is aware) which makes a significant difference after a massage session.

I had to give Rob a review! I have been going to him for a few months now. It was really important for me to find a massage therapist who understands what my body is going through. I've recently been doing lots of weigh training my body can feel like its in pieces sometimes but once I've booked in with Rob he changes everything and to be honest I wouldn't train as hard if I know I didn't have him to help fix things along the way. Rob is totally professional, sometimes his quiet and sometimes his chatty he just goes with the flow it just depends what mood I'm in but we've along the way built up I great connection and you really need that when you have a masseuse. if you're looking for a genuine relaxing/sports massage in a clean environment then you should use him and not waste your money on any other people who try and imitate his services I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I was serious. So I googled and found this site. Certainly wasn't sure it was the answer. I tried two guys, both fine, but neither where what I was looking for. You know when you know. Third attempt, I found Rob. And now I know.
He's intuitive, knowledgable and strong. Some stages were a little painful (option was mine to go easier, but I need result). And result I got.
Spotlessly clean, fresh towels, quality oils. All that, sure (I expect that to be honest). But really, it's about technique. I re-booked next day. If you try Rob, and you are serious, you will do likewise.

Rob gives a top notch service, no attitude, clearly explains the options on offer. The setting is spotless, fresh towels and a great shower for after.

The massage itself was top notch, would recommend 110%. Rob is a fit guy with good strength and great hands. In a nutshell a great massage, just a pity I'm not a local to be a regular client.

I get a weekly massage and have struggled to find a good masseur who actually knows what he is doing after the guy i was seeing for years moved overseas. Then i came across Rob. THANK GOODNESS! what brilliant find. his technique is perfect. I have had both the 1hr and 1.5hr service and have seen Rob about a dozen times and will see him many more. from the moment you walk in, he makes you feel comfortable. provides the privacy when getting ready (before and after) massage and provides shower facilities. I am a clean freak - but when i visit Rob, the sheets and towels are fresh! the technique is pure heaven ...... just the right pressure and his hands are intuitive to know when you want more or less pressure. do yourself a favour .... don't bother booking with anyone else. this guy is brilliant at what he does at giving professional massages!
