My massage practice of 5+ years is deeply inspired by the flowing traditions of Kahuna & Lomi Lomi ~ yet employs remedial precision when needed. It is an intuitive, full-body experience that blends rhythm, breath, and presence to create a moving meditation on the skin.

In this organic approach, touch and physical manipulation becomes a way of clearing tension, stagnant energy and old holding patterns from the body. In somatic language, you could call this a yang process: a firm, purposeful current of movement that works with depth and direction to help release what has been stuck. This is balanced with moments of gentleness, inviting the body to shift into parasympathetic rest and renewal.

As the strokes move in waves across the body, muscles lengthen, fascia softens, and the nervous system unwinds. Clients have described the experience as feeling like being “re-tuned” ~ clearer, reinvigorated and more connected to themselves.
