My approach to bodywork is personal, intuitive and unhurried. Rather than following the same routine with every client, each session is shaped around you how your body feels, where you’re holding tension and what you need from the experience that day.
I work slowly and with intention, creating the space for your body to soften and your mind to become quiet.
For many of us, life is spent constantly switched on working, thinking, training, scrolling, planning and carrying stress without even realising how much the body is holding.
This is your time to switch off.
THE EXPERIENCE
Sessions take place in my private Kogarah space, where the environment is deliberately kept calm, comfortable and discreet.
Fresh linens, a heated massage table and quality unscented oils are prepared for every client.
There is no rushing between appointments. Your session is your time.
My intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, grounded, deeply relaxed and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
MY APPROACH
Every body is different. Your session is adapted to you rather than delivered from a predetermined routine.
Restorative
The focus is not simply on working muscles, but creating an experience where you can genuinely slow down and recover.
Intuitive
I pay attention to how your body responds throughout the session and adjust the pace, pressure and approach accordingly.
SESSIONS
60-minute Bodywork
A complete restorative session designed to release tension and allow you to deeply unwind.
90-minute Bodywork
A slower, more immersive experience allowing additional time to work through the body without rushing.
Private shower facilities are available.
A SPACE TO SIMPLY BE
You don’t need to perform, make conversation or arrive in any particular state.
Come as you are.
For the duration of your session, everything else can wait.
