I have been quite ill the past 8weeks. With issues finally resolved I’m looking forward to getting back to normality. My apologies for any cancellations or normal hours I have had to take off during this time and I thank you for your patience.
Renovation update
The personal training studio is getting its coats of paint today, lay the flooring and building equipment over the next day or two. For rehabilitation clients this means I will be able to take you through your programs, make videos and provide online tutorials through your recovery.

Met Justin today for the first time, after a couple of false starts caused by me. He was patient in keeping contact so today turned out to be fantastic. He has a great setup, incredible body and very relaxed manner. I felt very welcome and the massage was amazing. He knows what to do, makes the time both fun and focused and the treatment was first class. I will definitely return as he’s very friendly and makes the experience great. I’ve seen Justin a few times. He is a gentle sole and gives an awesome massage. Justin knows know to use his hands and I always leave in bliss. His body is perfection, must better in person.
Spent a good 90 minutes with this fantastic fella. Took one look at me and pinged the issues with my back. Really skilled, and unafraid to say "This will hurt," but in a good way!

Now that was a great massage. I initiated contact with a message outlining my preferred length of time for a massage and range of my availability. Justin replied promptly and we were able to meet that day. He greeted me warmly (His photos are current and a smile is always a pleasure to receive) and led me to the massage room. There was a massage table, soothing music and a relaxing ambience. I prefer a deep massage for sore muscles and Justin was able to deliver relief - He knows his way around tight spots. Justin also provided a great massage to my un-knotted muscles. I felt better than I have for weeks. Totally recommended but please don't fully book him out as I will need more of these great massages from Justin
