As someone who isn’t very physically elastic nor ever did yoga, I was initially apprehensive about choosing this Thai Yoga Massage but, nothing like biting the bullet and trying something new in life, eh? I’m so glad I did. Jonn is a very nice guy and a font of knowledge about everything related to the human body and how to get the best out if it via stretching, prodding, massaging thus extending my understanding of my body’s physical capabilities. Thoroughly exhilarating experience which made me keen for a follow up session.
My session with Jonn was fantastic - after too much sitting at my desk job, I really needed some body work.
I wanted to try something more dynamic than your usual remedial massage - and that’s exactly what this is: Thai Yoga Massage opens you up, invigorates the muscles, stretches out your tension and gets you back into your body. You’ll be more involved with this process than a regular massage (which is enjoyable) but Jonn leads this work so you're still able to just lie back and relax.
I got so much more from this than your standard massage - so it’s definitely worth trying to observe the difference.
Jonn is also a really nice guy - calm, intuitive, very strong and adjusts the positions based on what you need.
