I have been practising as a masseur for more than 15 years and have trained in Swedish, Esalen, shiatsu, Hawaiian and deep tissue massage.I have a long standing interest in body, soul and spirit and bring to the session my experience in yoga, somatics, Reichian  and taoist energy work

MEN'S ENERGY MASSAGE

This is the most popular massage I offer - a  warm oil, deeply healing massage that balances and aligns the body's energy. 

This massage is a full body massage that uses techniques drawn from deep tissue, remedial, energy rebalancing, Lomi lomi and Thai yoga stretches. 

These techniques  activate the body’s energy, but rather than releasing this energy and giving away your life force, the massage builds it up and moves it throughout the body to initiate a whole body /mind experience that leaves you with a new sense of vitality and freedom. 

The massage is very physical and most often done on a futon so that a wider range of techniques can be used. Full body strokes and slides sweep from head to toe and back again to integrate and balance the body. A deeply profound experience that will leave you floating - many say the best !
