This session is designed for clients who are new to my practice, working within a tighter schedule, or wanting a more contained experience. We begin with an intention check-in, move into the massage and grounding to settle the nervous system; It's by default generally a slow and gentle massage but always adjustable at a pace and firmness you direct (based on aches and pains).
Best suited for: first sessions, those wanting a shorter time commitment, or ongoing clients maintaining a regular rhythm of practice.
