I have been to Z's twice now and he does wonders with his myofascial release and deep tissue skillset. Each time, he was able to alleviate my tense areas and tight knots - something that I constantly suffer due to the nature of my work and gym routine. Bonus: Z is so friendly, approachable, and not to mention, good-looking too :)
I could tell that Z was very skillful from the start of the session. He managed to get rid of my tight knots - I left his house feeling so much lighter. Throughout the session, he invited me to give feedback and made sure the pressure was right (not that he had to make any correction - it was perfect to begin with). He's very friendly too and made me feel at ease the whole time.
