Specialising in deep tissue techniques, I focus on identifying and addressing areas of discomfort, using targeted methods to improve both muscle function and relaxation.
With formal training in remedial massage and 9 years of hands-on experience expect a professional and intense massage not some wish washy oil rub. I utilise a range of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and positional release. These are combined with elements of Thai, Swedish, Hawaiian, and Chinese massage to provide a comprehensive, flowing and effective treatment.
My practice features a well-equipped space with a comfortable massage table, clean towels, quality oils, and calming music. Shower facilities are available, and my location is easily accessible by public transport and has ample free street parking.
For those seeking a more customized experience, I also offer additional services such as acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, and hot stone therapy. For optimal results, I recommend a 90-minute session to fully address your needs.
