By working into the deeper muscle layers, this combination eases structural stiffness, releases deep-seated knots, and restores a harmonious flow of energy throughout your entire being.
The Sanctuary
I have built a beautiful, peaceful temple to welcome you in Tweed Heads, only 12 minutes away from the Gold Coast airport. This sacred space provides everything you need to completely let go and connect with the joy dwelling within yourself. The studio is warm and cozy, features full shower facilities, and is located on a very quiet, safe street with easy parking.
