I limit appointments each day to ensure every client gets my full focus and attention. My regular availability is below (other times may be possible with advance notice):

- Fri to Sun: 10AM | 12PM | 2PM | 4PM
To help me reply quickly and get you booked in sooner, please send a full message with your name, preferred day and time, any areas of focus or tightness, plus any injuries or allergies. This avoids back-and-forth and lets me prepare the perfect session for you. Short messages like “hi”, “are you free?”, or “rates?” don’t give me enough info to help you (and usually mean the ad wasn’t read), so a proper note really speeds things up.
