Remaining available Sydney appointments until I return to Europe. These are the only dates/times I will be in Sydney and available for the rest of my trip. Other dates are only available on The Central Coast as outcalls, depending on availability:

I sometimes get last minute cancelations so it’s always worth checking other availability within the dates listed when booking close to the date. I can’t always update changes on here on the days I’m working because I don’t have time and there can be a delay up to 24 hours to post changes (which can only be done once a day). 

Mostly staying on The Central Coast and staying with family while I visit (only offering outcalls here). I come to Sydney a few nights a week and (only) offer in calls from the hotel where I stay. 

Appointments usually need to be made ahead of time because I will cancel the hotel booking for days that I don’t have appointments locked in (24 hours before). I work from 17:00 on the day I arrive and 12:30 other days. I finish at 23:00 each day.

I am trained in a number of massage styles which essentially either fall under relaxation or remedial.

Relaxation styles include Swedish, Kahuna (which is an Hawaiian style of massage), aromatherapy massage using certified organic essential oil blends catered to your needs, hot stone massage, and myofascial work (which is more likely to be a technique used in a remedial massage but is very slow and soft so could be incorporated into relaxation).

Styles that would be used in a remedial massage include deep tissue/sports, cranio-sacral massage, myofascial manipulation/connective tissue massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular technique/muscle energy technique, active and passive release technique, and lymphatic drainage.

Assisted stretching can be applied to both relaxation and remedial massage styles. The two hour massage is not available with relaxation massage but can be a combination of remedial and relaxation. Relaxation is not intended to address any issues with the body in terms of posture, pain, or stiffness. Remedial is used to correct any issues with the body.
