Had the pleasure of meeting Richard a week ago. Good modern premises. Felt comfortable straight away as Richard is friendly, chatty and accommodating. I have trouble with tennis elbow so it was nice to get a heat pack there while he worked on my back. Massage was both strong and relaxing. I felt he knew his stuff and certainly worked hard in easing some tension areas. Nice fella.

A Relief from Pain - Thankyou so much Ritchie
After a diagnosis of an Achilles Tendon injury a week ago , a friend recommended that I contact his massage therapist, Ritchie , who has had experience with the sports injuries associated with muscle & tendon problems.
I contacted Ritchie & he explained the benefit a full body massage would have on my tendon injury . He also assured me , he could help greatly with the severe calf muscle tightness associated with the Achilles Tendon injury .
I booked an hour appointment , & Ritchie located a number of muscle knots that had occurred as a result of favouring the left foot which was the source of tendon problem.
He moved cautiously from head to toe attending to many muscle strains he identified . By the time he arrived at the final problem area of the tight calf muscle , much of this pain had been resolved , due to the completed massage on my back already .
To my amazement, when I came off the massage table - I was standing up straighter than I ever had over the past few years . Plus , the stabbing pain from the injury to the Achilles Tendon had been relieved .
I can thoroughly recommend Ritchie, who uses his hands as an instrument to detect pain & inflammation in parts of the body - especially the back .
It was money very well invested , because , it has saved me from another week of anti inflammatory medications & you can’t put a price on almost instant pain relief.
I felt reassured Ritchie knew exactly what he was doing as he explained , with the benefit of his previous Fitness Therapist experience , why there were so many small painful areas associated with my back .
Highly recommended for any sports injury .

I was quite surprised with Richard technique and skills. I have disabilities and scoliosis and my body is not that easy to massage.
He is very knowledgeable and understands the human body which gives you more confidence. While most of the professionals here don't understand what they are doing, with Richard, you will be sure you will leave with a good experience.
He targets the main points and applies the right pressure.

Richard is the best massage therapist I've ever experienced, and I've been lucky enough to have met a few highly skilled sports injury therapists over the years. His place is beautiful, welcoming and very clean. His reassurance about how he protects everyone’s health was very reassuring to see and more than I expected.
Richard is very knowledgeable in both massage technique and body mechanics. He really listened to me and asked the right questions to the bottom of the issues. I had some chronic pain and limited mobility in my shoulder from a rotator cuff injury that included sessions with a physical therapist. After several visits with Richard, the pain is gone and the mobility is back to 100%. If you're looking for a great massage from an experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly guy, I would highly recommend that you visit Richard!
I get a sore neck regularly from working far too much at the desk, and when I need a massage, i really need a good one. I don't usually leave reviews so sorry if this is a little haphazard. After Richard worked on my back and neck, i felt he knew exactly where to go and how much was needed, and also when to stop when it became too much. He used hot packs, and hot oils which I wasn't expecting but really they did feel very nice. He has a beautiful environment and some amazing buildings and parks nearby, and I enjoyed a really peaceful walk afterwards, pain free! Very few masseurs are able to get the soreness out of my neck when i need it, and Richard went above and beyond to really help and make sure i walked out feeling back to normal. I'm definitely going to book Richard again when my neck is sore as its the best i've had after many years of looking.
