The Liniment I use is a blend of 13 essential oils and an arnica infused oil that is called Silent Helper, that helps to increase circulation, reduce inflammation, normalise nerve response, and promote healing and recovery.
The Recovery Caps are a blend of powdered herbs that are natural anti-inflammatories and which can be used on a regular basis as part of your work-out and recovery regime 🙂

Have your aches and pains eased away with Remedial. I will decide which techniques and body rub styles will best aid in relieving your muscular issues. Your treatment may include stretching and the use of liniments, bodywork tools and essential oils.

Lay back, chill out, and be treated to a relaxation session that is sensual but non-sexual. I use smooth, gliding motions that are gentle but firm enough to be satisfying as your cares melt away under my expert hands. I just had the most amazing massage with Clint, I don't have words to express my degree of satisfaction and relaxation for the feeling I had when I left his studio, I would said it was AWESOME with every capital letter multiplied by infinite.
I only booked 60 mins, which I regretted, because I wanted to stay for as long as my body could go for it. His sliding techniques are fenomenal which along with the right pressure relieved all my sore spots and left me literally levitating.
